Q: What can I do with a U.S. iTunes Gift Card?
A: A U.S. iTunes gift card gives you credit at the United States iTunes Store. By simply creating a U.S. account and using one of these gift cards, you can access and download tons of content exclusive to the United States store.

Q: Why are you charging above the face value of the iTunes Card? 
A: We purchase our cards legally at face value. The additional cost is for our handling and processing to get the card to you in a quick and timely manner.

Q: But I see so many other sellers selling for close to half of the price of face value, how can that be?
A: Simple! It is well-known that people with stolen credit cards can make a quick buck by purchasing gift cards with the stolen credit cards and reselling them on places such as eBay.

Q: So what? I can't get in trouble for purchasing a gift card purchased with a stolen credit card. That's the thief's problem. Right?
A: Well, yes. More than likely you will not get in trouble, but your iTunes account may get shut down by Apple. Once the card is reported stolen, chargebacks are initiated for the fraudulent purchases. Since each gift card has a unique serial number, Apple is able to trace which redemption codes were associated with the stolen credit cards and disable the iTunes account. This means that you can potentially lose access to ALL of your purchases from iTunes by using one of these illegal codes.
 
We, on the other hand, purchase gift cards legitimately from local retail stores here in the United States.

Q: If I purchase from you, how long will it take to get me the card?
A: If you want the redemption code via email, do nothing and you should have your code within a few minutes (during certain hours). However, there is no guarantee, but it should not take longer than 8 hours. If you want the physical card, email us to let us know.

Q: It has been hours, I still do not see my code in my email. Why?
A: This can happen for a number of reasons. The most common reason is our email to you is filtered out by your email server and labeled Spam or Junk.  Check those folders to see if our email is there.

Another reason is that the email address that you have associated with PayPal is incorrect.  We send to the email address that PayPal provides. So please be sure that it is up-to-date!

Finally, if you purchased while we are sleeping on this part of the world (1:00 AM - 9:00 AM EDT [Eastern, USA Time] or 05:00 GMT - 13:00 GMT), then that is the reason you have not received it! Our system is not automated due to a high risk of fraud.  A human being checks each transaction. The hours above are estimated, and you may still get your codes during those hours, but chances are higher that you may have to wait until after 9:00 AM EDT (13:00 GMT). However, rest assured that they will be sent ASAP.
